Our company proposes the slogan “continuously providing the high-quality products touching customers” and considers it as the basic concept of quality assurance.
The mentioned “The quality touching customers” refers to the provision of products and after-sales services surpassing the customers’ expectations. In our opinions, one of the important approaches to fulfill the basic concept is to continuously improve the qualities of corporate mechanism and staff. For this purpose, we organize the following activities.
* Quality of corporate mechanism: Energetically complete corporate mechanism, improve quality and guarantee the foundation. Make use of IT function to facilitate the development guidance of new products and visualization & auralization of previous fault data and others so as to avoid bad products effectively.
* Quality of staff: Popularize quality consciousness to the staff involving in selling, logistics and other business procedures through the meeting for all quality assurance principals, internal notice, best examples, quality presentation and other quality cognition popularization activities. Besides, actively promote the relevant activities reflecting spot quality.
To ensure the younger generation’s relieved and safe life, we strive to develop and provide high-reliability and environment-friendly products from the customers’ views to fulfill the quality objective of different IC brands and meet the customers’ demands to the largest extent.
